Step 1
Head to your Sesame HR Marketplace and search for “Qonda.”
Click Install Integration, then log in with your Qonda admin account. Sesame HR automatically verifies permissions, so there’s no complex setup or back-end tinkering required.
Step 2
From there, link your existing Qonda workspace, choose your recruitment channels (web, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, etc.), and assign which departments or HR roles can access candidate data.
Step 3
Define how candidate data should flow between platforms — applicant names, contact info, interview notes, and status updates all sync automatically.
You can also customize what Qonda sends to Sesame HR (for example, only qualified candidates or everyone who passes a pre-screen).
Step 4
Once mapping is complete, activate your Qonda Agent.
It will begin sourcing, chatting, and qualifying candidates within minutes — automatically syncing new profiles to Sesame HR as they’re verified.
